Dana Barrett has been entertaining and informing audiences as a radio and online broadcaster and live event host since 1996. She started out as a traffic reporter in the Atlanta market, spent two years doing an Atlanta area morning show and then began focusing on author interviews both on-air and online.
Dana has served as a host and moderator for Atlanta area events such as The Decatur Book Festival, Roswell Reads and at The Atlanta History Center and Margaret Mitchell House. Dana is known for her well-researched, in-depth interviews and conversational style.
Since 2005, Dana has interviewed over 50 authors across all genres including New York Times fiction bestsellers such as Jodi Picoult, Brad Meltzer and Garth Stein. Non-fiction authors interviewed include New York Times bestsellers John Perkins and Van Jones as well as CBS News correspondent Byron Pitts and Pulitzer Prize winner Annette Gordon-Reed.
Dana’s is also an actress and TV Host. Her recent credits include an industrial for Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, a book trailer an infomercial and a guest spot on Two Naked Men Making a Sandwich.
Elizabeth Gordon is President of Flourishing Business®, a Change Management Consulting firm working for top banks, corporations, state and federal governments, consulting on successful mergers, implementing enterprise software, and executing operational improvement and profit enhancement projects.
Elizabeth is the author of The Chic Entrepreneur: Put Your Business in Higher Heels, a business strategy book for women that teaches how to maximize the value of a start-up business using solid fundamentals and best practices.
In 2008 she won The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 Up & Comer Award for business achievement and civic impact. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Center for Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship at Wake Forest University, and is a member of the GA Aquarium Next Wave Society.
